A one night stay deposit in the form of a personal check or money order or major Credit Card will guarantee your reservation. A one-week (7 day) notice of your cancellation is required in order to issue any refunds and a $25.00 non-refundable cancellation fee will apply. If there is any damage or extra cleaning required, an itemized statement with your Credit Card receipt will be sent to you by mail.

Most of our business is done by reservations only. We ask that you book the days/nights that you will be staying with us at the resort. Any changes that may need to be made must be done far enough in advance to guarantee the change and any refunds.
