• * If you wish to extend your stay you may be required to move to another site if available. All prior reservations have first priority.
• * July 4th Holiday - a 3 night minimum stay is required.
• * Discounts will not be honored for 4th of July and Sturgis Motor Cycle Week.

A one night stay deposit in the form of a personal check, money order or major Credit Card will guarantee your reservation.  A 7 day notice of your cancellation is required in order to issue any refunds and a $25.00 non-refundable cancellation fee will apply.

Most of our business is done by reservations only. We ask that you book the days/nights that you will be staying with us at the resort. Any changes that may need to be made must be done far enough in advance to guarantee the change and any refunds.
