Coming from the East or the west on I-90 take exit 61. Make a left or right on Elk Vail Road. Continue forward 8.9 miles. Turn left on HWY 16W. Continue approximately 26 miles into Hill City. When you reach Hill City come through town and turn left at the 1880 Train Attraction. This is a by-pass from the main street. Continue forward to the first stop light and take a left. When you reach the Conoco gas station the driveway is exactly 2 miles south on the left hand side of the road.

Coming from the west on I-90 take exit 57. At the stop light take a left on Omaha Street then take your immediate right. This is Mt Rushmore Road/HWY 16W. Continue forward through town and watch the signs to Mt Rushmore, Keystone and Hill City. When you reach Hill City come through town and turn left at the 1880 train. Continue forward to the 1st stop light. Make a left at light. When you reach the Conoco gas station the driveway is exactly 2 miles south on the left hand side of the road. Campground is approximately 36 miles SW of Rapid City from I-90.

Coming up from the south, come through Custer on HWY 385. We are 13 miles north of Custer, SD on HWY 385/16W.
