We are happy to have you staying with us! We have many lodging options to accommodate any traveler wanting to get the most out of a Black Hills vacation.

Deposit Policy

A one-night stay deposit in the form of a personal check, money order or major credit card will guarantee your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Cancellation Policy

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be a $25.00 cancellation charge for reservations cancelled 3 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations made AFTER 3 PM M.T., LESS THAN 3 DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL DATE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FIRST NIGHT’S STAY. We will issue a refund (minus the $25.00 service charge) if we are able to re-rent it.

Sturgis Bike Rally Cancellation Policy

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY: Full payment is due for all nights reserved at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, we will attempt to re-rent and issue you a refund for ANY nights we are able to re-rent. A $25.00 service charge will apply to any refund.
